I'm launching a newsletter for myself to drip out a few pieces from my archives each week. At the moment I create way more than I can effectively distribute, which is why I'm setting plans and team to help me amplify my work. ## Reddit Following Keevin O'rourkes advice from our recent interview, I will ask a couple subreddits what they'd like to see in it to help seed myself. I'm debating whether to hire a few shills to help too. They're far from needed, and could either backfire or 10x my results. With the short memories of most platforms, I'll probably take the risk. ## FB Ads Again leaning on Keevin, I'm going to run these from Day 1. As soon as I've got a <$1/subscriber campaign that results in regular opens too, I will dump money into the channel. I've not done much with FB before, but I think it's finally time to give it a try. ## LinkedIn I will let all my LinkedIn contacts know about I'm launching a newsletter It's a good reason to reach out and I'm overdue for cleaning my connections out. I just hope I don't get a spam penalty. I'm also going to start reposting my essays on LI to coincide. ## Twitter This will be the Daily Growth Channel for my newsletter. I plan to plug it at least weekly. Twitter is my home now, and I think I can get 10-20 subscribers a week here without changing up my flow. ## Subscription?? Not to start. I'm debating adding a subscription to the newsletter. For now, I think I'm just going to monetize the full length #CreatorSpaces archive using Supercast and plug that with clips from the show. Down the line I'll likely add in a premium newsletter or community add on, but not until I've got at least a few hundred readers. ![[Photos/Pasted image 20210214124807.png]]
