I've sent 1000's of these (maybe💯k+) and this system has NEVER failed me.... 👇 I've reached out to thousands of podcasts and influencers over the years. I've also trained ~20 people to do the same. Assume there are 4 different levels of influencer to look for. The numbers below are for B2B, 5-10x them for B2C is most cases...👎 1. \*\*Celebrity\*\* -- \*\*\*200,000+\*\*\* -- [@naval](https://twitter.com/naval) etc. A single shoutout from them can lead to hundreds of qualified leads for you. The downside, they're busy as heck. You'll need to be creative and persistent to reach them. CC [@APompliano](https://twitter.com/APompliano) \- did this "overnight" 2. \*\*Influencer\*\* -- \*\*\*20,000-200,000\*\*\* -- Professionals with a lot of followers, but not nearly as much as a celebrity. They're significantly easier to get in touch with, given that you get the email angle right. CC [@ShaanVP](https://twitter.com/ShaanVP) got one for the [@microspacs](https://twitter.com/microspacs) 3. \*\*Micro Influencer\*\* -- \*\*\*2,000-20,000+\*\*\* -- The sweet spot. They have enough of a following to make your outreach efforts count, but not famous enough for them to just outright ignore you. CC [@agazdecki](https://twitter.com/agazdecki) I'll do 90%+ financing on my listing for [@microspacs](https://twitter.com/microspacs) 4. \*\*Newbie\*\* -- \*\*\*<2,000+\*\*\* -- Someone who's just starting out. Good news -- they'll be more than glad to share your content. Bad news -- they don't have much of a following, YET! CC [@austinrileygray](https://twitter.com/austinrileygray) who just passed this mark, keep it up! Before you even begin gathering the influencer contacts, you'll need a place to keep track of your leads. The most basic thing you can use is Google Sheets (I'd use [@clickup](https://twitter.com/clickup) instead for email), gathering information such as... \- First Name -- you don't really need a last name since that's something you'll never include in an email \- Email \- Social Profiles -- Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. If the prospect is being unresponsive on Email, you could always ping them on social media. \- Podcast/Blog/Series Name -- for "Hey \[name\]! I'm a big fan of \[podcast name\]" \- A Recent Post Or Article Blog Post Name or Topic -- tying in the reason for contact. "I've read your article on \[blog post name\] and wrote something similar." \- The Link To That Post Once you've got your sheet ready, it's time to start looking for contact information and start reaching out. I've setup my [@clickup](https://twitter.com/clickup) CRM to automatically send out email, follow ups, and reconnect if we don't stay in touch. If you'd like to see my exact process and setup for building and managing a network of influencers like this, I'll either share it at 10 RTs. Amazing influencers, sorry for the pings If you're still reading I'd love to interview you on my Twitter Spaces/Podcast show! Just DM me See Also: 1. [[1. Ship30For30]] 2. [[GOTBook/4.
