It is useful to remind yourself of your skillsets from time to time. Often, we forget how much we've done and can do when we get too focused on a single problem. Lately, I've been over focused on creating content. As a result, my other projects have lost some momentum. I'm spending the next few days on partnership generation and automation to help patch that up, I often forget how important those are to my success. ### Content Creation/Repurposing * 8+ years writing & podcasting online - very intermittently * 5+ years as a podcast/content agency owner, 6+ years as a growth & monetization consultant * Over 200K Monthly impressions across all channels ### Digital Automation & Operations * Core skillset of my career and consulting is growth strategy & technology enabled operations * Automation for growth is the key to that * Can write basic code, do Zapier, and integrate simple APIs ### Modeling & Monetization * Network consulting is mostly modeling for monetization plans * Economics taught me modeling, this has been a major advantage * Monetization is the key skillset for being a creator and for DTM ### Dealmaking & Negotiation * I am a forceful, if not always skilled, negotiator. * If both sides act openly, we quickly come to a good deal * I can get someone to listen for a minute very easily, making the deal is a few steps from there ### Strategic & Critical Thinking * Thanks to a long history of getting taught these skillsets in school and by my family * I have an above average general intelligence, which has helped quite a bit in developing this * I use a systematic method for strategic planning, and red team for most creative problem solving ![[Photos/Pasted image 20210214124807.png]]
