**How I would launch a $1,000/month profit productized service in 10 days**

Day 1: Podcasts or YouTube?
- Choose a niche based on personal network or interest (B2B is best when possible)
- Make sure you can personally relate to the niche
- Claude-3 for Job Posts, Chat-GPT Teams for company AI
- Post on Upwork: Video Editor (<$10/hr), Content Strategist (<$50)
- Must Love Whatever Niche You're Targeting (Have them list favorite creators in it)
- Submit Loom video explaining their career story
- Content Strategist: must have personal social/creator presence
- Slack, Gmail, Carrd Site from a simple template
Day 2: Offer Crafting
- Repurposing is a top 1% offer - For the ones who are producing full time incomes and have $1000s to spend on it
- The pitch is simple "we are a niche studio of creative superstars who love {NICHE}. We turn all of your weekly (videos/shows) into endless additional content"
- We do a 1 sample trial for $250, then after that it is $1,500 per month (YouTube/Podcast) for our end to end service
- We produce enough content for at minimum daily clips with a weekly newsletter
- We handle analytics reviews and adapt our strategy to capitalize on trends in your audience as well as the wider landscape
Day 3: Start Outreach
- Choose Email, Twitter, LinkedIn, or IG (which fits the NICHE)
- Do direct outreach and personalize
- Go for up and comers who have just hit it big, or someone who is not consistent but has good engagement otherwise
- Send as many as you can each day, once you have closed one then automate the outreach and scale to a few hundred sends per day
Day 4: Hiring
- If no good candidates on Upwork yet, do invites to good looking profiles direct
- Use Upwork advanced search to narrow time zones and success rate
- Good candidates do a quick zoom with to ensure vibe, focus interview on love of NICHE and showing off past work
- Try to get as much under budget as possible, but make sure Content Strategist has a good demeanor and accent for client interaction as well as experience doing so
Day 5-10: Outreach
- Keep sending as much outreach as you can
- Consider setting up an Upwork and/or Fiverr Account as a seller - this is a good offer for those if you are repackaging and reselling global talent
- IF you have the funds, consider offering a few free trials to prospects who 100% have the ability to pay
