# Operations Lead The goal of this role is to act as the head project manager for the company, as well as the gatekeeper for the cross-show time constrained resources of SEO Strategists and the wider team. This person is a project manager and operations manager. They're the key project management contact for all the account managers, producers, strategists, and leads. The are not client facing unless the account manager or producer for that client is unavailable for the meeting. As a venture scales, they may stop acting as project manager in order to manager project managers, account managers, and delegate an SEO lead in order to become a VP Ops instead of a lead Strategist/PM and Delegating account management ## Objective: Automate + Organize 1. All dashboards in company up to date 2. Clear and accessible understanding of each client account and active project 3. They also act as a key resource for ### Quarterly 1. Assist Agency lead in identifying over and under performing team members ### Monthly 1. Compile Client Status Reports From Dashboards & SEO tools for account managers 2. Monitors Team Workload ### Weekly 1. Automate a company process OR improve existing documentation on it 2. Sit in on Client Birdseyes when a PM or Lead cannot attend 3. Ensure All Team Members Are Aware of their workload for the following week 4. Lead SEO Birdseye to assign work to [[Playbooks/Podcast Agency/Podcast Agency Role Details/SEO Strategist|SEO Strategists]]. 5. Monitors Team Workload for potential new hires needed ### Daily 1. Review Client Dashboards and Active Projects for Flagged Deliverables or tasks due in the next 48 hours 2. Follow Up With Team on highlighted items to identify status and ensure completion 3. Assist Account Managers and Producers in any timeline communication to clients
