Anyone worth their salt is always learning. My digital and entrepreneur friends take this to heart once they understand how to win at income building. My full time employed friends often don't realize they're playing the same game. Everyone fits into one of these levels, but most don't make it past 200. ## 100 - Freelancer * **Trades Time For Money** * Positioning based on skills or service * Not yet focused on client outcomes or thought * Needs to niche down and specify positioning to level up ## 200 - Creator/Consultant * **Has Some Income Not Tied To Time** * Developing positioning based on value or specific outcome * Some income is not tied to time, but normally <50% of total $ * Needs to continue deepening positioning and grow non-time based revenue to level up ## 300 - Influencer/Entrepreneur * **Income Scale Not Tied To Time, But Still Working** * Developed positioning based on value or specific outcome * Income has momentum and growth beyond your input * Must develop positioning to make themselves the only option in order to level up ## 400 - Category Leader * **Income Grows From Positioning, But Still Working** * Developing positioning based that separates you from the pack * Multiple revenue streams serving defined category & audience * Needs to grow beyond the original business into an ecosystem of businesses, brands, and investments to level up ## Post Grad - Modern Industrialist * **Income Not Tied To Time** * Known as an owner/investor * Multiple revenue streams totally independent from time and other inputs * Continues to play the great game of business for the love of the game * May focus on investments or philanthropy **Profit -> Positioning -> Scale -> Category Creation -> Business As A Sport** ![[Photos/Pasted image 20210214124807.png]]
