Eventually they've reached a size of aggregation in which they have a near infinite supply and can almost always fulfill the demand. In the beginning however, the issue for many markets is a consistent quality of supply. I believe that digital ads, especially among creators and niche influencers represent such a market. Their podcasts, twitter accounts, newsletters, and other mini media outlets have countless millions of audience members largely untapped. Unfortunately, they're too small and difficult to approach for all but the most ambitious advertisers. The solution to this market and others is to develop the initial service as a concierge on both sides of the market for a particularly high value niche. Then scale up client intake with automated supply side operations around acquiring, vetting, and sorting new applicants. Secured by a few larger demand side partners, you can move onto to an open market and scaling your demand forever. I'll be building this out for Podcast and Newsletter creators over the next few months, and I'm looking for people interested in helping me do so. I'll handle finding, negotiating, and pricing sponsorship deals first.
